Weekly Rental Friday 3:00 pm to Friday morning 10:00 a.m. (8 days / 7 nights) Partial week (add cleaning fee of $65 for less than a week) All rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. Multi-week or monthly off-season rental rates may be available. Prime season - June 22nd through August 31st, 2007: Weekly rentals only: $2,400 June, September, October outside of prime season: Weekly rental: $1,400 Friday/Saturday night: $250/night Weekday night: $200/night All other weeks - Off season: Full week rental: $1,000 Friday/Saturday night: $250/night Weekday night: $200/night For all Holidays, add 15% to the above rate. Rules No Smoking. On weekly rentals check in Friday at 3 PM. Check out Friday at 10 AM. Telephone calling/credit card is required for Long Distance Telephone calls. Bring your own linens and towels - or linens and towels are available for $60. A $250 damage/cleaning deposit is required. Rent Payment Half of the rent is payable at the time the reservation is made with the balance payable one month prior to occupancy. When reserving one year in advance, 1/4 of the rent is payable when reservation is made, 1/4 of the rent is payable on the following January 1st and the balance is payable one month prior to occupancy. Cancellation There will be a charge of $75.00 for all reservations cancelled. All summer-season cancellations after January 1st are subject to forfeiture of the entire deposit amount unless the property is re-rented at the full rental rate; a refund will then be made less the cancellation charge of $75. Once the final payment is made one month prior to arrival, the stay cannot be cancelled and the total rental rate for the week will be forfeited.
